The hotel was very tidy, but lacked privacy in the rooms due to easily hearing conversations from adjoining rooms. I appreciated the stories shared about damage payments but missed having a phone in the room. The lack of amenities like daily cleaning was disappointing, especially for a disabled veteran like me. The location was convenient for walking to various attractions, although getting to the hotel was inconvenient for disabled guests. The dining options were limited and overpriced, detracting from the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and connected to another room, making it convenient for my needs. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the river park and restaurants.
